Owner Manual
Orders are generally processed the next business day after receipt of the orders, however, we advise you to allow yourself and us ample lead time to communicate with each other.

You will receive a subsequent notice when your order is shipped containing the tracking number. Orders may not be canceled after they ship.

The system ships within 2 weeks and expedited shipping is not available. The estimated shipping time of an inventory stocking order will be provided when you receive notice that the order has been processed.

Refusals
In the event the refused product is transported to us via the original shipper, you are responsible for freight costs. The refused, undamaged product may be shipped back a pre-approved operating location. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed to you for any refused product, damaged or otherwise.
Undamaged product which you've already accepted may not be automatically returned to us. This applies to all returns damaged in shipment which are not refused at the point of delivery.

Undamaged products may be returned to us within 5 days of sale. A 20% restocking fee applies for any return of undamaged product.

In the event of a product being damaged in shipment, we require you to note the damage at delivery. We are not responsible for and will not be obligated to cover any damage that occurs in shipment that is not noted by the recipient at the time of delivery.

Damage claims will be filed with the shipping company for any damage the recipient indicates was received during the shipping process, but there is no guarantee non-noted damage claims will be paid.
